Good morning!* *I’m writing from Brazil, ad I have just found a contact with you by an online chat.*We hade made an order in October **, ****, and the product hasn’t been delivered ate the correct date.*I got in contact by the online chat, and it was answered that the product wasn’t been shipped, so the debit on my credit card wasn’t charged and the order would be canceled.*But, today, the card invoice arrived and the bose value was charged.*I’m not sure you are the correct person and department to talk to, but I’d like someone to call and to solve my problem.*Thank you in advance.
