I would like to change my ticket. I originally purchased a ticket for the wrong day December **. The ticket confirmation number for this purchase is ********. The trip had two tickets on it. One for Kevin Foltz and one for Lillian Eagan. The trip was from union station (dc) to **th and **th (new York) leaving at **:** PM. I called this morning to change both tickets for a day later on the same route. After talking with a representative I thought I succesfuly changed both tickets. However, upon receipt of the new ticket. Only one ticket for Kevin Foltz was issued. Lillian eagan’s Ticket was not changed. The confirmation number on the changed ticket for Kevin Foltz was ********. The ticket is for the same route leaving at *:** Am on December **th. I would like to purchase a ticket for Lillian Eagan on the same bus that Kevin foltz’s ticket was transferred to. I still should have enough credit from the first cancelled trip to cover the cost of Lillian’s new ticket. *I have tried to resolve this issue over the phone but was put on hold for an hour after I was ensured I would be helped immediately after transfer to customer service. **I would appreciate if this ticket change can be resolved quickly
GetHuman-kcfoltz did not yet indicate what Bolt Bus should do to make this right.
