Someone representing your company has just treated me with some of the rudest behavior I have ever experienced. Let me explain. **We purchased one of your recliners in ****. A week or so ago it felt as if the seat collapsed and the chair would no longer recline. We called for customer service. **Today a man by the name of Christopher (Truck *Z***) came to my house, examined the chair and said it couldn’t be fixed and we would have to purchase a new one. I asked what options might be available to me on a new chair.**He had been speaking to someone on my phone to report his findings & suggested I ask her. I said that was fine I would do that. But before he left could he tell my husband what he just told me. **My husband was not here but was waiting to hear from me by phone. Christopher said, “I have to go.” I told him I understood & it would just take a minute.**Christopher said no, tuned his back, walked out of my house and drove away.**This is unacceptable behavior under most any circumstances but from a service representative to a customer it is unconscionable!**Please have someone of authority contact me by email or telephone and let me know what Bob’s furniture will do to make this right.**Gail Cohen******@***.com**** ***-******** ***-******PS I have given this information by telephone to * customer service representatives at tel * *** ***-****:**John - who left me on hold for * minutes.
