Get refund of delivery fee ... Delivery scheduled today for **am-*pm time frame. Delivery guy called at *am saying he was ** minutes away. We were NOT at location where bed was to be delivered. Had to pay for uber to get there in time for delivery. On top of the change in time - deliver driver called the WRONG phone number which we have attempted to correct with no less than * calls to customer service prior to today. When I phoned customer service was told delivery window had been changed to *:**-**:** but we were never notified. Called to complain and request refund of my delivery fee. After ** minutes on the phone - most of which was on hold - was told that I could get refund but would have to call back at later time. Ridiculous that I have to waste more of MY time for YOUR mistake. Bed was delivered but part was missing and we are being told it would be almost a month to receive it. Unacceptable. Tried to call back to confirm refund of delivery fee but no one answers the phone number I was given. Will never buy anything from this company again!*Home phone on my acct ***-***-****

* kids who will be completing college in next couple yrs-* that just graduated and will need to furnish apt. Will need lots of furniture but will not come back to bobs if this isn’t handled properly
