I put a check on my Bluebird card by mobile checking through the app on my phone on my Bluebird account yesterday March **th. I withdrew money from my account not long after I put the check on the card and it wasn't until later in the evening that I tried to use my Bluebird card again which is a prepaid debit card and was unable to take money off of my card at more than one place. I went down to the app on my phone and I checked my balance on the card and it said I had money on the card. So I would like to know what is going on that I cannot get money off my card now and and how do I fix it so that it never happens again?
