The card's security code is a 3 or 4-digit number usually located on the back of the card for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. For American Express cards, it is typically found on the front side. If these numbers are scratched or faded to the point that they're unreadable, you may need to request a replacement card from Bluebird by American Express, which can be done through your online account or by calling Bluebird's customer service.
