Register my card ... I purchased a BlueBird kit from Walmart and followed the directions. I went to Bluebird.com*go and went through the registration process and once I selected verify I received a message that said: "Unable to sign up. You are not approved for an account at this time." I spoke with a representative and then Tech support and I was told to purchase another card and there would not be the same issue when attempting to register. However, when I purchased another card and tried to register the card, I got the same message from the site. I even tried to open an account and still received the same message. Having a BlueBird card would help with my college career and any payments I have to make towards school books and materials. I would like to know, at the very least, why I'm having issues with verification and what information I'm supplying does not match the records.*Thank you
I haven't been able to receive a verification email.
GetHuman-davissel did not yet indicate what Bluebird by American Express should do to make this right.
I expected to be able to register quickly without any issues.
I tried opening an account, I've spoken with multiple representatives, I even spoke to tech support on one occasion.
I have an issue with Bluebird by American Express too
