My father, Atilano F., with member number XZL[redacted]01, was at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN from December 31, [redacted], to January 16, [redacted]. He was initially meant to transition to a Transitional Care facility/Skilled Nursing Facility in Minnesota for 12 days, but they couldn't find an available one. Despite being set to go to Martin Luther Care in Bloomington, MN, concerns over their safety record led to a change of plans. As the court-approved guardian, I, Edward F., arranged for him to be transported to The Terraces at San Joaquin in Fresno, CA, a 5-star-rated facility close to our home. Unfortunately, on our way there, we received an email saying he was denied SNF, despite meeting all requirements. BCBSMN has been delaying approval for SNF and therapy, causing distress as my father's health deteriorates. I've followed the appeal process, but I seek urgent assistance to prevent further health complications for my father.

I will be retiring in April and I am seeking assistance in understanding BCBS's supplemental policies for Medicare. I am located in the Plymouth, MN area and commute to Bloomington for work, so I am open to meeting at either location. I have tried reaching out to various brokers listed as BCBS representatives, but none have shown interest in discussing these policies. Despite exploring other options, I would like to explore BCBS's offerings as I have had a positive experience with them through my employer. With April approaching soon, I hope to address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my medical provider. Dr. Brew is not my primary doctor, yet there seems to be a restriction on my account. I have an appointment today, June 15, [redacted], at St. Cloud Orthopedics for my severe ankle injury. It's crucial that you authorize St. Cloud Orthopedics as my provider and grant me access to any necessary medications as they are the only clinic I visit. I was unable to fill my prescriptions after visiting urgent care, which is neglectful considering Dr. Brew's nurse confirmed he is not my physician. I seldom go to the clinic and require St. Cloud Orthopedics for my current treatment. Please ensure this is resolved promptly to avoid neglecting my medical needs for my dual ankle injury. Thank you.

I am looking to get in touch with the company representative or liaison. My wife has been denied multiple medications without any explanation. She was on one of them for six months before being denied refills. We are frustrated that we are paying for insurance but not receiving the benefits we need.
