Help with my Bloomingdale's issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-ponko may need:
Order number, Billing address, and Email address on the account (if applicable)

Bloomingdale's's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ponko a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-ponko's own words:
I placed an order Order Number:**********. I sent this gift card to my friend living in NY using my credit card whose billing address is in ***an. There was no way to put my ***anese billing address and the recipient address came out automatically. The credit card numbers is mine. On order status the recipient's address appear as billing address. Since this is a gift from me to my friend, I want the charge will come to my card for sure. Will you check it and make it sure that she will not have to worry receiving anything she is not expecting?
I trust that Bloomingdale's will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
