Hello*I owe a Blackberry Keyone since Dec **** bought in Currys.*The problem is that it was very slow and the image starts to tremble.*I look after my phone and always use a leather cover for it.*It looks in very good condition, but one of the sides from the back has open up.**I mean for a such expensive phone, I am very disappointed.*I have paid cash for it and not happy with this situation.*I need Blackberry to deal with this matter as I see it as a manufacturer fault.**I look forward to hearing from you.**Kind regards,*Mariana Buda
