From what I'm reading and finding in my research, there are a lot of people RESELLING their old blackberries when they upgrade and I'm finding that I'm not the ONLY person who has the original person's BB ID still on their phone that I'm unable to delete*access. Blackberry should make provision for this in their knowledge base since they don't want to TALK to us little people. I contacted Blackberry as well as my cell provider (who had to try to call Blackberry). It seems unless Blackberry will talk to us, the ONLY way to do this is to find the original owner (if you can) and get them to remove their BB ID, or at least change the email address to YOURS so you can access and create a new one. I'm trying to contact the original owner of my phone. I know we're not rich business moguls (yet) but not all of us little people use our phones just to play facebook tag and aspire to upgrade to better. I thought Blackberry was better. But CS is still important. Someone should ask someone at Blackberry to write a knowledge base that doesn't run you around before you find out there is NOTHING you can do, not even wipe the phone without the original person's ID. There should be a route for those of us who can prove we purchased our phones honestly.
