Big * refuse to accept return or exchange of amo. This is not fair with the system they have in place. keeping the ammunition off the sales floor so that a sales associate has to select the bullets and give them to the customer. **That seems fine except for incidents like the one my husband had. He asked for bullets for his colt **. The sales associate went back and came out with a box of sixty dollar bullets that he handed over and my husband paid for. I think it is reasonable to assume the person behind the counter is trained and knowledgeable. If the young man behind the counter was not ***% sure of himself should have said so. **When the bullets did not load in the gun my husband went to the store. That’s when He learned of the no return policy. He was treated very rudely by the sales girl. She told him he should have checked the bullets before he bought them. Well maybe big * should train there sales people better befor they put them behind the counter. **Why is my husband stuck with sixty dollars worth of bullets that are useless to him. The girl suggested he check the bullets.befor he paid for them. If the original sales person would have Said that my husband would have come home and got a bullet for comparison. *I’m sad to say every single person that I spoke with about this problem was not interested in the least in helping me resolve this not the sales associates,especially not the store manager, who finally referred me to a *** number. Not even the customer service representative, that took several days to reach. She was from was sarcastic and rude. **Please do the right thing take the bullets and at least give us store credit.
