I have been having a recurring problem over the past * months or so regarding my Bell home phone line. The technical people have repaired the phone line on a number of occasions, however, after awhile, my phone line goes dead, as it the case with my corded phone, or there is a hissing noise on my cordless phone. Regardless, I have no home phone service at this time. This has to be at least the *th or *th time that I have reported that the phone line is not working over these months, and your records should indicate this as well. I would like to have a solution that will last, at best, more than a few months. Until this began, the service was terrific as there were no issues, however, during these months, I have lost approximately * month of service, waiting for service appointments. I work in retail, therefore my hours are scattered with very little notice. I am off this week on Thursday, August ** and Friday August **, and do not know when the next day off will be. I mention this because I have always been told that I must be home during the possible timeframe of the repair.
