re: MST-*****************-****first the technician who came and set up our bundle was professional, respectful and did his job in a very efficient manner. *Our complaint must firstly be with the man who initially came to our door who obviously didn't understand our requirements nor I suppose did he communicate them to Bell properly. We distinctly told him we wanted the Best package and to be able to get Starz which is the only way we can get Game of Thrones & Outlander. We barely have a movie on our sets and certainly not Starz. We switched because of the poor service with Cogeco.*Then we have the requests for a person (*) to call us at *** *** ****. Why? home phone cuts out when answered.**Could we please have someone call Terry asap at****-***-**** We are retired and really enjoy movies and as a side note we are technically challenged so if someone calls and tries and direct us around buttons for self help we will try.
