My Bell mobility account was supposed to be switched over from my old one bill ********* after Aug. **th (when all of my services except mobility were cancelled) to my new one bill account *********. Four in depth conversations later and orders in my account, nothing has happened. I received an email from Customer Support on Oct *th that someone would contact me within **hrs. No one contacted me or left a message for me.**This is becoming ridiculous and is incredibly poor service.
GetHuman1366094 did not yet indicate what Bell Canada should do to make this right.
