I had a hard time with the first agent, and I just had mouth surgery, so I asked to speak to his supervisor.*When she came on, she was talking over me, clearly ignoring me, AND THAN SHE FLAT OUT LIED TO ME OVER & OVER & OVER!! When I tried to escalate, she insisted there was nobody to escalate to and never would be. I had to threaten her with having the call recorded, and sending it to corporate if she didn't pass me to either the person she reports to or the customer relations team. She tried to hang up on me, but I had to threaten her again - this was so stressful! *She just went silent and made me think there was nobody on the line. *Than out of nowhere some other guy came on AND COULDN'T CARE LESS THAT SHE JUST LIED TO ME! He also insisted the same thing as her, and actually spoke over me too. I am so tired, I just had this surgery - I don't need this stress.*My small business (and my peace) had lost an hour aside of this call, and obviously being treated incredibly rudely and led to is frustraing. I also felt I had to use string language to get them to understand how frustrated I am because THEY WERE NOT LISTENING, much less THEY (the last * agents) WERE CLEARLY LYING and couldn't care less.**I'm blown away by this experience, and I think the world needs to know about it. Im seriously reconsidering ANY service with Bell from here forward.*I insist on taking to someone who can address my main issues - and now importantly why I was ***% inargubly FLAT-OUT lied to AND HUNG UP ON.
