Help with my Bell Canada issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Bell Canada help.

Try to get the new cell number works ... i opened a new account ***-***-**** for my nephew on Sunday morning(*nd September) and i was told the service will be in active within *-* hours. after * hours i called Bell Canada customer care and i was told the service will be in active on Tuesday (*th September) because Monday was holiday. called again on Tuesday and after multiple transfer i was told the service will be on Friday, *th Sep. i am in California and lost communicate with my nephew (under **) for a week, this is not acceptable. should i trust the service will be on Friday? should i trust Bell customer service? should i cancel the account which i just opened?
They don’t how important for me but instead
GetHuman-paulshi did not yet indicate what Bell Canada should do to make this right.
