For months now we have either had no internet or it is slow, poor connection, cuts out. Your tech support is great but when it come to service by technicians it really *****. I spoke to tech support Sunday night and he couldn't fix the issue but set up an appointment with a service technician for yesterday between *am and **pm. I took a day off work to be here. I confirmed I would be here. Sometime around *pm I was sitting at my kitchen counter an hear a car door close, I looked out but there was no car other than mine. I went outside and there was an open box containing a Bell modem **** and no technician. I then got a text message saying that the technician had completed the repair, it did not happen. I connected the modem and set up. There has been no change in my internet quality. I really hope you didn't pay the technician for whatever he did. your tech support are very good , very nice to speak to and very helpful. Could I please have some one call me *** *** ****. the number associated with the account under Bertha Green is *** *** ****, my name is Garnet Green and I'm the person to call I am Bertha's husband and have been handling this issue. *Thanks Garnet
