For the last * months we keep getting bills for our bundle package that are not what we agreed to. We agreed to ***.** but keep getting told on our bills that we owe ***.**.*the message is "we did not receive full payment for your last bill". Each month we call Bell and are told its been corrected and each month we continue to receive we need more money .Our account number is *********. Please help in this matter as its past the point of humorous. Thank you*R.D Bain

How GetHuman-randjbai fixed the problem
Called earlier in the day as aposed to in the early evening. Told them we were going back to Rogers and we had had enough. The lady we spoke with gave us a better deal than we already had and also gave us more features as well. I believe this came about because she was on days and actually cared. The staff on the night shift are condesending and I don't believe have the power to cut good or better yet fair deals. The other thought is they are paid to deny all problems,and probably receive a bonus for their negativity. Just my opinion
