I’ve never received an email reminder of my bill, even though I’m on ebill. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and reset it myself via your website. I don’t believe I receive your text prior to my bill payment date. I received this today: *“Free Bell msg: Your e-bill is ready. We were unable to deliver your notification - please update your email address at bell.ca*newemail“. I’d like you guys to update my profile*your reminder system so I get reminders in a timely manner. Thanks, Greg Epp
