The issue in GetHuman-nettiewr's own words
Trying to find out why cancelled and why you offered me ** credit instead of ** which is what I paid. ... I have tried to get in touch with someone about a situation since last week, no results. I am very sorry you are having trouble on your end but I have spent a lot of money with your co. and paid my bill I bet if I was behind on my payment I could get a live human. My case Number is *******. I have already waited * days from my first note to you. Finally Last night I get a case number. You can find what you need to help me and tell me why you are cancelling something I ordered and giving me half of what I paid for it. Cancel any order that I have not received. Nettie Wren **********. **** WFM *** Quitman, Tx *****. This was charged to my Belks card.
They don't care
I want an answer as to why you cancelled and I want my full credit of **.** and not**.**
At least a couple years. Buy all the time but no more.
