Yes, my name is Joshua and I'm with the customer Security Department here at Barclays Bank, and this call is for a shantanu Bala in regards to a recently submitted credit card application for a frontier MasterCard. Just reaching out to inquire whether not if this is valid. If you can please return our call, and an application ID number to reference is ***-***-****. Thank you very much. Have a great day.
