Hello i recently received emails from both bank mobile and my schools financial offices that my refund has been released and is being direct deposited into my bank. When i went into my online banking mobile app and for a split second it showed that i had an unusual amount deposited into me bank account, i clicked on the notif but it sent me to a blank page and no history of the transaction was to be seen. I called my bank to get help but they said they did not see anything and they looked ahead to see if i was getting any future deposits up until Tuesday (oct.**) and saw no future deposits. The issue date for my loan was set at oct **th and apparently it will take two business days AT most to get it but they saw nothing about it within the next four days? My bank told me to get a routing number to track the deposit? If i could get a date it will be actually deposited into my bank that will be nice
