I have discovered fraudulent charges on my ATM and have not received my requested refund while the dispute is ongoing. The dispute was filed on 8/31/[redacted], today is 9/09/[redacted], and I have two additional disputes from 9/01/[redacted] to be submitted on 09/10/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not yet resolved the issue or received the $[redacted].95 owed to me. I've been experiencing fraud since opening my account, receiving only my Social Security benefits with unauthorized individuals linked to my account. As someone not currently attending school, I rely on these direct deposits. I feel like I've been targeted by criminals who have been taking advantage of me since before I was born. I demand that the bank follow its procedures and protect me from identity theft. Unauthorized access to my personal and confidential information needs to stop immediately.

Today, I contacted Bank Mobile to inform them about an expected refund from Walmart. I experienced long wait times of over 30 minutes and then 25 minutes before they closed, which was frustrating. I am concerned because the refund issued by Walmart hasn't shown up in my account yet. I am eager to understand why there's a delay in applying the credit and how long it will take for the bank to process it. I attempted to log into my Bank Mobile Vibe account but mistakenly entered the wrong password multiple times. Consequently, my account has been suspended for security reasons due to too many incorrect password attempts. I forgot my password, and after contacting four representatives, they all sent me the same link stating that I had successfully reset it, which is not true. The security questions did not recognize my answers, and despite being promised a temporary password, I have not received it yet to log into BankMobile. I need help resetting my Bank Mobile account and updating my current address, phone number, email address, and last name. The last time I used Bank Mobile was in [redacted]. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my bankmobile card, which led to its cancellation. I contacted customer service to request a new card, but was informed that they do not issue or send out new cards over the phone and directed me to complete the process online. However, when I tried to request a new card online, the website stated that new cards cannot be requested online and that I need to call customer service.
I have been attempting to reach customer service for the past two days, but have been unable to speak to a real person. I have been on hold indefinitely and this situation has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I attempted to pay for serving my landlord with a small claims court summons. When I contacted the company, they required my credit card for identification purposes. Even though no charges were supposed to occur unless I proceeded with their services, they explained that they couldn't serve the landlord due to the different states involved (me in Washington and the landlord in Oregon). I requested a refund as they still charged me $84. They assured me a refund was processed, however, I have yet to see it reflected in my account. I also did not provide authorization for the $84 charge.

I visited Sheets in Huntington, WV recently and encountered an issue with the ATM. While using it, the power flickered off just as my money was about to be dispensed, resulting in the machine resetting and not releasing my $20. After speaking with the manager, I obtained the ATM's contact information, but they directed me back to my bank. This missing $20 is crucial to me, as it was my last bit of cash.
