I was a student at Pikes Peak Community College in Fall of [redacted]. I am in the process of writing an academic appeal letter and have noticed discrepancies on my PPCC account. There seems to be an issue regarding a $[redacted].35 Bath refund that I allegedly received. However, I never received this money as I did not receive the card. PPCC has charged me twice for this transaction but I have no record of the funds. My student ID is S[redacted]1 and my DOB is 07/21/[redacted]. I am unaware of any $[redacted].35 transaction and would like to investigate further. PPCC insists that the money was cashed, and I am seeking clarification on when and where this occurred, especially if it was not deposited onto the card.

On January 25, [redacted], I bought a Dell laptop from a Walmart Supercenter for $[redacted].02. Three days later, I returned it as I received a free refurbished one from someone else. Upon returning the laptop with all its parts and packaging, I was told the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days as my card details were on file. However, over two weeks have passed, and I haven't received the money. When I revisited the store on February 8 and showed proof of purchase from my bank statement, they claimed no records existed of me buying or returning the laptop. Now, I'm left without the laptop or the refunded money in my account and just seek the reimbursement.

Hello, I recently received emails from both my bank's mobile app and my school's financial offices confirming that my refund has been processed and is on its way to be direct deposited into my bank account. However, when I checked my online banking mobile app, I briefly saw an unusual deposit in my account, but when I clicked on the notification, it redirected me to a blank page with no transaction history. I contacted my bank for assistance, and they couldn't find any record of the deposit or future deposits up to Tuesday, October 22nd. The issue date for my loan was October 18th, and according to the bank, it should only take a maximum of two business days to process, but I haven't seen any updates in the past four days. They suggested I provide a routing number to track the deposit. I would appreciate it if I could receive confirmation of the actual deposit date.

I placed an order for a yoga trapeze hammock over a month ago. I've been trying to track it with the carrier, and it shows that it was shipped and has arrived in Ontario, California. However, nobody can locate my package. I've reached out to the seller multiple times requesting a refund, but they keep asking me to be patient, claiming the package is in transit.
