I would like to order more checks for my checking account. I live in Ottawa, Canada, so going to a Bank of America Financial Center to order checks means a *-hour drive and return.*Otherwise, ordering checks requires using online banking that I have been unable to arrange because e-mail messages with the temporary passkey code do not reach me. Messages are not being blocked by anti-virus software or the spam filter with my Internet Service Provider.*I tried yesterday by phone through Customer Service (automated system that could not help), and the alternate number dealing with technical problems, whose representative referred me back to Customer Service. *I would like to know how to enroll in online banking, or otherwise reorder checks. I am hard-of-hearing. I use a desktop computer--no portable devices.
GetHuman-malstone did not yet indicate what Bank of America should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-malstone fixed the problem
It should have taken only a call from our regular bank in Canada to the office in the USA to assure them that we are well known, bonafide customer and could they PLEASE change their clerical error - a single letter in our email address - but no, we have to take a * hour round trip to the nearest service centre in the USA and present our credentials there, in the hope that they are willing to admit it was their fault in the first place.
