I am trying to set up Mi Banco online. Initially, I had an ATH Pop account however, I recently switched to an ATH account and applied for and received my VISA card. Whenever I try to sign up on Mi Banco, it keeps saying that my checking*savings account number does not match the records. I'm using the number that's on all my bank statements. Please help
I trust that Banco Popular will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
