Hello. **So I placed an order on the **st with Next Day Shipping, and chatted with your Representative Bryn L. to make certain it was going to ship and arrive in time for Christmas (order * b**********, email is *****@***.com but your system wouldn’t accept it to submit this message).**Not only is it not, and these Christmas presents won’t make it in time for these kids, but I see it won’t arrive until January *th. *I wouldn’t have made the order if it was not going to arrive in time, as I had told your Representative (Chat) and he assured me it would. **I’m pretty upset, might seem petty and insignificant to a big Company like you guys, but I’m beyond disappointed. **I guess we will be creating a return label. **Merry Christmas. *Mike.
