New BMW * x drive *.* X line *Previous model taken to Lloyds of Colne Friday the **th of October. X* **** *.* diesel. While we are pleased with the new x*.better ride quality,quieter,more refined,there are some issues regarding items BMW have omitted from a More expensive car there are no under seat storage bins. There is no sliding rear seat.There is no rear seat dropper switches ,no facility to close mirrors when locking car, no CD slot on a car costing thousands more this seems a bit disgusting. You never inform customers as to the reason these items have been , removed,perhaps you wait till they get the new BMW then we can't change our minds or buy a Mercedes,Audi,or many other makes of car .This is a disgusting affair. You expect things to be added not removed after three years and buying a higher spec. Car. I would therefore ask you as a gesture of goodwill to forward some sort of allowance,discount,excessories etc.to restore our faith in your brand.
