It is a long story. However, to put it in a nutshell. I had call About my Bj’s credit card and about a charge on it. To sum it all up, they gave me a very hard time. Finally, I was able to talk to a very nice person at Customer Service and she helped me out. She cancelled the charge, but not for long. Then I get a call from customer service that they have to investigate it., and it will take several months. Next incident. I was shopping at Talbots, and the person at Customer Service at Talbots, said that she to call Talbots, why, I had plenty of Monet*y to back up my credit card? To me, that was embarrassing to me, in front of everyone shopping that day, no.*, when I called them up, backtrack to customer service at Bjs. She would not let me explain, she hung up on me. Now that is bad customer service. I left out some details, because it would take to long to write. Also with episode at Talbots. I had to order it from another Talbots, my sales person order it. They had one at the store in Richmond. I got it ** days, later. When I received it, it was all wrinkled as if someone slept in it. I called Talbots, they said that they notify me. They never did, and they had the nerve to ask me, what did I think of the jacket when I received. I have put up with abuse, and talking to people at Comenity, who were not I interested in hearing my story on why I was calling them to begin with. I am now, out $**, because of their incompetence. That is only one part of the story. They also embarrassed me in front of the other customers, that were in Talbots. All the customer service reps that I talked to at Comenity,Talbots, Bj’s customer service were rude, and they hang up on you, when you were trying to talk. There was only one descent person at Bjs customer service. She knew how to talk to people. You should have more people like her. You would do better. You don’t get customers, by being mean, talking down to you, hanging up on you, and harassing you in front of other customers inTalbots. Than God, for the ONLY ONE NICE PERSON THAT WORKS FOR COMINETY BANK. I have only told you part of the story. There is more to this story. I cancelled my Bj’s and my Talbot’s , and NEVER, NEVER to RENEW THEM. LIKE I SAID THERE IS MORE TO THIS STORY. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE TYPE OF PERSONNEL THAT WORK FOR COMENITY, AND I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CREDIT CARD THAT IS CONNECTED TO COMENITY .
