Truly a disappointing lunch on October **. ****, at BJ's in Towson. After being seated right away, it took ** minutes to be greeted by our waiter, then ** minutes for our order to be taken, and another ** minutes to receive our drinks. When our food finally arrived an hour and ** plus minutes after walking into BJ's, we couldn't wait to leave. The manager was aware of our complaints, but did nothing to remedy situation. We used to be big fans of BJ's, but we will never enter that establishment again. (This review process made me give at least one star to post, but BJ's doesn't deserve it.)**We expected some kind of compensation when we received our bill, however not even a free coke was offered. Also, the manager should have handled the situation better. It almost seemed like he was avoiding us and our situation with our waiter, although we told him that there was a problem with our service. It was so frustrating...We were vising our daughter at Towson, as it was parents weekend. We thought BJ's would be the perfect spot for our family to enjoy some quality time together, however it was a far cry from being relaxed and an enjoyable experience. We couldn't be more disappointed with BJ's restaurant.
