Hello**We've rented a VW TOURAN in AVIS Frankfurt central station for one day on ********** and gave back the car in Bonn city center (Romerstrabe *, *****, Bonn) within ** hrs. **In the morning when we rented the car, the counter staff show the total payment is *** euro and the payment in the bill is *** euro. The staff explained the difference will be back after we gave back the car. **Because we gave back the car just by putting the key and the rent document in the drawer, not in the counter.
