On ****** I purchased a round trip for my mom with Avianca airline,with a request of wheelchair she is ** years old & she can’t read or write so she will don’t know where to go,that is why I requested a wheelchair for her, she flew on August *,she arrived Los Angeles @**:**pm.was *:**am she was not showing up I was waiting for her outside to pick her up I got worry about her,was aready late, there she was walking pulling her suitcase and a bag of ** pounds on her arms,I ask her why you are not on a wheelchair? She said ay mija estoy matada, I asked her what happened? She said she had been walking for two hours looking for her suitcase asked people where she can go get her suitcase**when she was pulling the suitcase, the suitcase fell on her left leg she got hurt ,& she have travel back to Guatemala with Avianca, now how I going to trust avianca my mom is going to be safe with them?
