The issue in GetHuman-ispinte's own words
I am a customer of yours and I use Avast Premier to protect my PC online. I also use your secureline VPN on my PC and have it on my mobile device as well. My issue however relates to my PC as of now. **The issue being that of late I am unable to connect online (wired nor wireless ) and the error I am getting is " Secureline adapter is unavailable" **Now when I first saw this I was like "what is this?" I never configured my network adapter to say Secureline" and since Avast is the only software I have on my PC with the name Secureline my thoughts were that somewhere along the line my network adapter was reconfigured to read secureline adapter. **Now I have tried just about everything I could online to rectify this issue and get my PC back online but as yet I am unable to find a permanent fix for this.**I paid for Avast to provide protection for my devices but if any reconfiguration of my PC by your software is going to cause me major issues I may have to rethink keeping Avast as my primary way of protecting my devices online. **I therefore am hoping that you have had similar complaints and have some way of rectifying this issue for me permanently or I will be forced to remove your software from my devices and find another vendor who has similar services. **I anxiously await your response to my query.
