Assurance Wireless is not loading on my phone. The problem started this morning. The "Ultimate Mobile Xperience" logo flashes on for a minute, then screen goes blank. Don't know whether the problem is a broken phone, or an Assurance Wireless blockage. I don't have another phone to make a call to *-***-***-**** for help. Please help me, a **-year-old, get my phone service back. Leo Zilla (***-***-****)

Sent first email requesting help, then decided I wanted to simplify my cellphone use, and sent second email requesting that my Assurance Wireless account be immediately terminated. **My *G cellphone died. Ordered a much simpler no-data, but unlimited*talk*text, cellphone and account from Tello for $**month (discounted to*$**month for first three months). It should arrive in * to * days. I'll*try to use the same phone number, hoping to avoid lots of notifications of*change of number.**I'm sighing relief for the new simplicity. I wasn't getting any data*downloads on the *G cellphone, and its constant barrage of ads was*unnerving.**Stay peaceful.
