I returned my broken phone in the envelope provided and my telephone service was suspended because my telephone has not been received. If you look at your telephone records I have been calling numerous times and I'm told that someone will give me a call to give me an update within **-** hours and no one calls me. A few days ago one of your representatives put me on hold because I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was going to check the availability of a supervisor and she kept me on hold and never came back to the telephone to tell me anything. I am very disappointed in your staff because no one can give me an answer and they just keep blaming your warehouse. I would like to have an answer. It's going on * weeks that I returned the telephone and it shouldn't take that long for your company to receive it from California especially when it was mailed in the envelope provided to me by your company. Now one your representatives tells me if I want my service turned back on I need to pay $** for the telephone. If I could afford it I wouldn't have applied for a free telephone. Please do not ignore my message and please respond to my email. Thank you and have a great day.
