Get ahold of customer service and resolve the problem quickly ... My assurance wireless phone just stopped making and receiving phone calls and says it's roaming. When I try to reach customer service it asks for a prepaid phone card and to purchase one . When I do **** it goes to Sprint and my service is Virgin Mobile. So I've tried emailing but no reply. In settings it says phone in service text in service data in service no cellular network
This is the only method of communication I have and I'm scheduled for surgery in** day's so it's important that I'm reachable.
Activate the phone so it will function properly.
I've had there service for several years and always respected the guidelines
