I do not have an Assurance phone, phone no., nor an account. Please stop sending me re-cert. letters. This has been going on for a year, every three to four months. from Charleston, IL. Now they are putting a Acct. pin (******). I call them, and Orientals who are always on the phone, mumble and act as if they don't know what is going on. They nastily apologize and tell me to just ignore the letter. This never worked. I am so angry because I am a ** year old and don't like nonsense. they have my personal information from one of their representatives on the street who whipped out his tiny camera and took a picture of my I.D. card, that I was simply showing him. I was waiting for the bus and asked him a question. There were others asking questions also. The picture taking surprised me, but I didn't think much of it. Is someone using my info. for their phone? They went as far as finding my new P.O. box number. I am sending a letter to the Better Business or the govt. This has got to stop! Their phone numbers are set up where you cannot reach anyone except those trained zombie-like workers on the phone. Badia
