The issue in GetHuman-missssmi's own words
Hi , ordered a parcel on Monday *th October , with premium next day delivery. Received only three of the items on this order. The package was fully intact when delivered. Contacted the customer care team regarding my concerns with the location on the rest of the order via email and Facebook chat. I was assured this would be resolved however I then later received an email stating I was to be fully refunded on this purchase which I did not ask for I just wanted to ensure my parcel would be delivered and expressed my frustration of paying the extra cost for next day delivery to subsequently never receive what I ordered. I called the customer care team who stated they could not resolve this and offered their apologies. I was offered the email address to log a formal complaint and told to reorder the parcel if I wished to do so. I am not happy that I paid for a service that was not provided and the resolution was not what I had asked for.

GetHuman-missssmi did not yet indicate what Asos should do to make this right.
