I am so disappointed in the quality of the products, customer service, and warranty. I have worked hard to buy new furniture for my home and trusted the company and the warranty that you sell. I now have a home full of junk. The couches are all peeling, the chairs are broken, and the kitchen table's paint is chipping. I filed a claim and sent pictures and was told a technician would be in contact with me to set up a time to come to my home. That was two weeks a go and nobody has called or shown up. Today, I call back and I am told that the claim is closed because they denied the claim based on the pictures. We all know that is just a cop-out for your company to not back its product. These couches are less than a year old...they should not be peeling. I also filed a claim for the kitchen table which is also less than a year old, and was told it was covered under the extended warranty. That private company did show up and did say that Ashley sold us junk and that it would need to be replaced. He said that Ashley would contact us, but two weeks later, still nothing.I contacted your company again today and was once again treated with a rude, condescending, customer service rep that could care less about the customer concern or poor quality product or company she works for. I am so disappointed in your company and the lies that you sell. You do not back up your products and after reading the reviews and many social media sites about the poor quality of this company I am just disgusted.
