Hello my name is Wendy Barrera and I want to tell you how horrible and poor customer service I received at your store located in dulles town center VA. First of all my family and I decided to purchase a new table for thanksgiving, we went to your store and first of all nobody welcome us or acknowledge us until we went looking for someone, it happens to be the manager at the location, we told him what we wanted it, our total was about $****. We were informed that it couldn't get deliver for thanksgiving but it was for sure going to get deliver the following week on Tuesday to wait for a call, we paid and went home. Well Tuesday came and no one call, than Wednesday came and no one called us either. So I called them to ask for the status of my furniture, no one new about it, the lady I spoke too told me to give her a few min that she was going to call me back to give me an update. She called me back * hrs later to inform me that my furniture was going to get deliver on Dec **st. We decided to go speak with your customer service at the store, we were approach by a different manager who told us that they sold us discontinued items and we might get them the beggining of next year. We needed the table for the holidays only reason we got it. He told us that we could buy the floor model for a discount , the one they had was on horrible condition so he told us to go see the one that was about ** min from there, we did and the table was on a bit better condition, so we went back to talk to the manager, he guarantee us that the table was going to get deliver Saturday, so on Friday I received a text saying to be at home between **-* for the delivery.. I cancel my plans for the day and sat at my house on a Saturday waiting for my delivery, it never showed. Nobody call me either. So we went to the store once again to see what was going on, the manager that guaranteed us our furniture said that he didn't know what happen. He actually got an attitude and told us that he can just give us the money back. After all this trouble we wanted our furniture, it was a nasty raining day and my husband and I decided for us to pick it up from the other store, nobody at this store in leesburg knew we were coming to pick up the furniture, we carried the tables and chairs to our car, it took*us * times back and forth to deliver our furniture home, and we are not finish yet because the rest of the pieces are in * different stores, the manager gave us the delivery fee money back and that is it... is this the way your company operates??? What kind of training do your managers received.* .... worst customer service I have ever received in my life...
