We live in Powys, so this visit was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!!!**Explanation given to customer services re all above confusion.**Due to all the confusion with Argos, in the middle of all this issue, I had made a new purchase order Re the * Baby Annabell Cribs with Amazon to ensure I receive the products required for our grandchildren.**Very helpful customer service assistants cancelled my order on the Argos system - what a dreadful situation to be in! A true ‘**** up’ ARGOS. **Now I have to wait at least a week before I receive a refund!!**WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED HERE????????**VERY DISILLUSIONED!!!!!!!**I would most certainly appreciate a plausible reason for the above and all the upheaval we’ve had today.....especially around the new Lockdown!**Julie Taylor*J*****@***.com
