I purchased a laptop from Argos Direct via eBay.*The purchase date was June ****.*Ebay ref no ************.*This laptop was sold with a **month warranty. I need to get the laptop back to the supplier within the terms of the warranty as its performance is not up to the standard expected from this device, and as described in the item listing. Indeed, it does not start up within a reasonable timescale, and nor does it operate satisfactorily for a modern laptop. *I gave been unable to contact Argos Direct through the contact us section on eBay site.*Please will you arrange for this item to be returned to you and a replacement sent out to me. Alternatively, I will accept a full refund on these faulty goods. *I look forward to hearing from you. *Mrs Barbara Talbott.
