I ordered a TV with Saturday delivery. I have emails and texts from Argos and Yodel confirming it's delivery for ********** between *:**AM and *:**PM. Today at **:**AM the Yodel tracker had been updated* saying they won't deliver today. This was only discovered this when I actively checked Yodels delivery status online. Had I not checked I'd still be waiting, as neither Yodel nor Argos emailed or texted me about the cancellation like they did with the confirmation. **Now I've wasted half a day, and still have no information about where the TV is.
GetHuman-melpjack did not yet indicate what Argos should do to make this right.
