Associate apologized. Asked for pts name. Then said she had another question . What’s the pts name . I told her you just asked me that . Anyway she told me she cancelled previous order since it was a long time ago. States it has bee reordered.

Prepare for an emergency situation . Pro Active. ... I have ordered (tried) on the phone. Spoken to a couple of associates. I’m an RN take care of Mr Bill Bredar DOB ********** . Mr. B has moved from his long time rescidence at *** Ivy St Denver, Co*****. The drivers from Apria still carried that address. He now lives at *** North Emerson St Appt **** Denver,co ***** . He just want * ft ** green tubing and a nipple AKA Christmas tree. For his emergency tank for crying out loud. What an important job they have to get it right. One time on a weekend one associate told me , Well take him to the ER .
Receive what’s ordered. Oh and told medicare doesn’t pay for a *.* Imogene condenser. Hello back pain, limited range of motion.
This company was chosen for myself(CPAP) and my client also. Seems like they have the medicare monopoly!
