I purchase a CPAP machine from Apria through my health insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in ****, I have been constantly harassed by your billing*credit department on past due balances without your providing an invoice or explanation of payments due. Your company has used my credit card without authorization (that I originally provided only to sustain follow-on maintenance parts) for paying past due blalances that never were billed to me. I have spent several frustrating hours on the phone with your agents who were inconsistant with their statments while dealing with a language barrier. I have been billed only to have it reversed several times, letter from a collection agency only to have it reversed with apology. I have asked for supervision only to be put on hold for several minutes with out picking up.
