Help with my Apria Healthcare issue

The issue in GetHuman-tmygoal's own words
My daughter is tube fed. She is on Nourish which is a whole food plant based formula. She was on Peptamin *.* for years and it was making her sick and extremely constipated. When I found Nourish and her Dr. Switched her it has been like a miracle. In three months she has gained five pounds and is no longer gagging and throwing up and her bowels are more normal than they have been in her ** years of life. When I called in May to order her formula I was informed that they were no longer going to provide the Nourish but would send out a thirty day supply and find me another provider. We did get the formula but no provider and I have called countless people in the last month and no one can help me. Either they don't have Nourish or the ones that do are not contracted with our insurance. She is almost out of formula. I am absolutely in desperation mode. I was told by a representative that for some reason that she did not know the formulary was changed and some formulas were no longer on it. I would like to know WHY! I'm sure someone made this decision who probably has no clue about taking care of a tube fed person. I could put her back on the Peptamin *.* and let her be sick and constipated, I feel like I would be giving her poison. Imagine if this were your loved one. She has cerebral palsy is non verbal and confined to a wheelchair. I have not seen her this happy in years because she is not sick and in horrible pain trying to have a bowel movement. To me this is priceless but to some person in an office somewhere making these kind of decisions affecting people's lives it's just a paycheck. We give her love and care for her every need but I can't make that better I've tried believe me. This is the only thing that changed that for her. So I would like an answer to this question. Why did the Nourish formula have to be removed from your formulary? And can you put it back on? Please. Please respond ASAP. Thank you, Tina S Young mother of Jessica Young.
