AppleCare Customer FAQ

To change the email address for AppleCare, you'll need to go to the Apple ID account page and sign in with your Apple ID. Once you're logged in, go to the Account section and select 'Edit'. From here, you can change your email address under the 'Reachable At' section. After the change, verify it through the email sent to your new address. Please ensure you use this updated email when dealing with all future AppleCare communications. Keep in mind to revise the email in your contact preferences as well.
