Tracking Ear Pod return and promised voucher.*Ref: PO. W*********, Ref & RMA * : ***********Tracking: ***************, Date shipped ******* Date delivered *******.*My Daughter whose Address is *** E **rd St apt **E, NYC NY ***** sent a set of Ear Pods as a present. They would not stay in my ear. I wanted to return the Ear Pods and update them to the Ear Pod Pro. On ******* after taking ** minutes and going thru at least * people I finally was directed to supervisor Sam and Donna in your sales department. They sent me the referenced Fed Ex return label and said that I would receive a gift voucher by email within a week to ** days. Not receiving the voucher by ******, I made another call to Apple. After another ** minutes of having go thru at least * more people I got thru to a Marley. She said could not find the status of the return. She put in a tracking request which would take * to ** days. About ******* made two attempts to find out what the status of the search. Both attempt taking over ** minutes. Both times after being put on hold for five minutes the calls were dropped. On Sep **th after another ** minute session finally reached an Apple Rep. She could not determine the returns status. She put thru another tracking request. She told me it would take another * to ** days. Thinking that this is a ridicules situation I tried to see if I could get to someone with authority could help me. After another ** minutes finally got to a rep who I felt would help. Again was put on hold and again the call was dropped. At my day rate, I have spent over $*,*** of my time to get this situation resolved. I am a loyal Apple stock holder who bought **** shares of Apple stock in **** when Jobs returned to Apple. I still hold most of the shares. I am appalled at the way Apple treats their customers. All I want is to get the Ear Pod Pro. If this situation is not resolved within the next week this communication is being sent under Confidential Cover via Express mail to Mr. Tim Cook. Who I am sure will have his staff look into this disaster.
