My phone was stolen, along with my credit cards. A month later, I got a new phone but am locked out of cloud. I began the reset process on Tuesday and just got an email saying it will be reset on Jan 21. This means two months without a phone. As a crime victim, this situation is making things worse. What can I do? I remember my password and old passwords and can provide additional proof.

I recently requested a refund for the Calm app but was informed that I do not meet the criteria for a refund. I found the app to be different from my expectations and tried to cancel it but encountered difficulties. Despite having canceled subscriptions before, I had trouble logging in to cancel during my trip to Mexico. Additionally, I did not update my payment method after receiving a new debit card from my bank, so I am unsure how the payment went through. The app's cost is high, and I do not plan to use it. I kindly request a refund. Thank you.

I am trying to understand why I was double charged on my account and also charged $65 and some change for a purchase I did not make. The only charges that should be on my account are for music, $14.99 for the family plan, and the cloud for $0.99. Currently, my Apple account is disabled, preventing me from adding my new debit card. I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue as it is affecting my work. Hello Apple Team, I was very disappointed to receive a call from the service center about my phone's liquid damage and being asked to pay 60k for an exchange. I have been a loyal iPhone user since the iPhone 3 series, now using the iPhone 11 Pro. This is the first issue I have encountered in all these years. I admit to submerging the phone partially in water for a video after seeing a commercial that suggested it was safe. Unfortunately, only the camera part was affected, not the entire device. I hope Apple can understand this unique situation and offer me a discount on the exchange, considering the phone is only 2 months old. It's disheartening to face such a response after years of loyalty. I also use iPad and iWatch, but this incident has left me quite disappointed. I hope we can find a solution that maintains the trust I have always had in Apple. I had a conversation with customer support regarding this matter, and it seems Apple lacks a direct email channel for honest customer feedback. Hello Apple Team, I was disappointed to receive a call from the service center about my phone having liquid damage and requiring a 60k exchange fee. I have been an iPhone user since the iPhone 3 series and currently use the iPhone 11 Pro. This is the first issue I have encountered in all these years. I mistakenly exposed my phone to water by briefly placing it in tap water and then a pool to take a video, inspired by Apple commercials. Only the camera part got wet, not the whole phone. I hope Apple can understand this unique situation and provide me with a discount instead of the full 60k for an exchange. The phone is only 2 months old. Despite my loyalty to Apple and debates defending iPhones, receiving such a response is disheartening. It seems contradictory to encourage underwater use in ads when this kind of incident occurs. I hope there is a way to receive a one-time discount for the exchange. I also use an iPad and iWatch, but I am disappointed with the current situation and lack of communication channels for honest customers. Hello, I'm seeking assistance. When I start my MAC desktop, I keep receiving this warning: "macOS can't repair the disk 'Time Machine Backup'. You can still open or copy files on the disk, but you can't save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can." Regrettably, I cannot access my Time Machine backup disk. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sarah

I recently purchased a pre-owned iPad. Upon attempting to update it, I received a notification from the cloud indicating that I needed to update my iPhone first in order to backup the iPad onto the cloud. I initiated the iPhone update using iTunes and a lightning connector. After a while, an "extracting data" message appeared, followed by an error message stating that the update could not be completed. Subsequently, a charging cable symbol and an arrow pointing to an iTunes logo are displayed on the iPhone screen. I tried selecting the update and restore option from a popup window, but the process seems to be stuck on the "extracting data" stage with no progress. As a result, my iPhone is currently unusable. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

After the recent update to my iPhone 5 early this morning EST, I noticed that I lost cellphone service while data and internet were working fine. Despite trying to restore the phone, I unfortunately lost my calendar, contacts, and text messages. The nearest store is quite far, and I'm unsure if they can assist. When I checked for updates, it indicated I was on version 12.4.5. I have verified my service provider account is active, and the issue appears to be isolated to my phone. Any advice on how to resolve the phone service problem would be greatly appreciated. -Susan B

I purchased an iPhone 8 from Flipkart, but upon opening the box, I found the phone was not working, it was completely dead. After contacting Flipkart, I was directed to an authorized service center in Bangalore. I submitted the phone there and was told it would be replaced within 8 days. I paid Rs. 35,[redacted] for this phone, and I am not willing to settle for a repaired piece after spending such a significant amount. I have handed over the handset to B2X Service Solutions India Pvt Ltd in Kolhapur on February 13, [redacted], at 12:23:14. I urge for a prompt replacement as I cannot afford to wait any longer.

As a designer, I purchased an Apple device in early [redacted] - a 15" Macbook Pro Retina. Unfortunately, the device stopped working recently. On February 4th, I delivered it to the Apple GMS Care agent in Lisbon, Portugal, for diagnosis and a quote. After sending an email for updates, I received a response yesterday indicating they would reach out when there were developments. I became concerned about the delay, so I contacted Apple Portugal support by phone yesterday. They weren't able to provide a clear timeline for the diagnostic process. It's frustrating to have handed over the laptop on the 4th and still not have received a diagnosis or repair quote by the 18th. Time is valuable, and I'm disappointed by the lack of progress. I accidentally broke my iPhone XS Max screen all the way down to the LED. I am facing financial difficulties as I have been working limited hours due to my mental health struggles after losing my previous job. I made the mistake of cancelling my Asurion insurance to save money, which I now regret. The repair cost for the screen is $[redacted] plus labor. I have a new job opportunity as a driver for Edible Arrangements that requires a smartphone for navigation and their delivery app. Unfortunately, my damaged phone is now posing a challenge for me. Subject: Assistance Needed for iMac Repairs Dear Sir, I am a loyal Apple customer, Jayesh Acharekar. I experienced an issue with my 27-inch iMac (Serial No. C02KX424DNCW, Model No. A1419 3K) where it spontaneously shut down while I was using it. I took it to your Mac Station Service Center at [redacted], Ganesh Bhuvan, Opp D. B. Lane Police Station, Lamington Road, Grant Road East, Mumbai [redacted]. After three days, I was informed that repairing the iMac's board would cost ₹15,[redacted]. I declined the repair and retrieved my iMac on February 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I noticed the display had been improperly packed by the Mac Station staff, resulting in it falling at 23:40 PM that night. Despite being out of the city from January 30th to April 15th, I reported the incident to Mac Station on April 17th and brought the iMac back for assessment on April 20th. The technicians at Mac Station stated that they could not repair the iMac. Later, I discovered that the iMac's power supply had been changed, and the connection was incorrectly made, leading to damage to the motherboard. I am experiencing difficulties with my new MacBook Pro 16". It repeatedly restarts, with the screen flickering beforehand, especially when using programs like Adobe Illustrator or iMovie. This issue, which appears to be kernel panics, persists even after attempting solutions like rebooting with nvrm and smc, disabling automatic graphics switching, running Apple Diagnostics, and more. I have observed excessive heating and prolonged startup times. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally downloaded a flight tracker app that I thought was free, but it turned out to be a membership app. I immediately emailed JA-Expert once I realized my mistake. They have charged my credit card for two months, totaling $92. In my email, I requested a refund for the $5 trial as I didn't intend to sign up for a membership. JA-Expert advised me to contact Apple regarding a $14.99 charge from their company for the app, which they were unable to refund. My iPhone 11 is not ringing. I have contacted tech support four times this week, but the wait times have been very long. Despite going over possible solutions, such as checking the red lever on the side of the phone, the issue remains unresolved. I have been trying to obtain a refund for an app I bought on the iTunes Store. The purchase number is [redacted] for Inlivo Lifetime Premium priced at $59.99. The app, which is primarily a food journal for logging meals, started crashing frequently after upgrading to the "Lifetime Premium" version. This upgrade caused basic functions like adding food to the daily journal to fail, unlike the free version that worked fine. I reached out to the developer, who was unable to refund me as the purchase was through the Apple App Store. They recommended contacting Apple for a refund. I purchased a new iPhone 7, 128GB, six months ago for $[redacted]. Three months ago, it automatically updated to iOS 13, and issues started occurring. It began overheating, turning on and off, and had problems with data, messages, and calls. After contacting Apple, they offered a free repair and sent a return box. However, after three weeks of waiting, I was informed that my order was cancelled due to too much time passing. Now, I discovered that the iPhone 7 will be obsolete in September [redacted]. I updated my iPhone 7 to the latest IOS using WIFI due to issues with my cellular data. After multiple attempts, the update finally downloaded. I backed up my data on a Mac and followed the update instructions. However, I encountered an "Unable to Activate" message on the Quick Start screen. Despite restarting the Mac and reinserting the SIM card, my phone remains without service and stuck on the same screen. Currently, I have no means of communication. I came across a cartoon app called REC SHOT and clicked on it out of curiosity. Unfortunately, a screen appeared without any visible prices, and with one tap, I was charged $[redacted], excluding tax. I didn't even get a chance to try the app before canceling it immediately, but the charge remains. Reading reviews afterwards, it seems others have experienced the same issue without any support from the seller. This seems like a severe problem that needs addressing; there's no way to contact the seller or seek a refund. It's clear this is a significant scam. Please investigate this further to see the gravity of the situation. Feel free to test it out yourself to understand. Paying $[redacted], plus tax for an unwanted and unutilized app is not something I can afford.
